Kineo Conversations: How a customer education curriculum launched a new brand to market

Webinars | 27.04.2022

With operations in 40 countries, Cytiva’s core aim is to help bring life-changing therapies to patients through the introduction of innovative new technologies in the life sciences market.

Learn how Cytiva supported the launch of their new brand with a customer education programme, resulting in:

  • 60 total available courses
  • 5,000+ external learners
  • 60% new contacts

Following an acquisition in 2020, the new Cytiva brand was launched to the market with a clear objective that it would help accelerate growth and innovation in the biological therapies sector. Facing the challenge of the new brand emerging in the throes of a global pandemic, how did Cytiva position themselves within the market in order to drive awareness, adoption and trust?

Cytiva developed a leading customer training programme to boost brand awareness and enable learners to gain a better understanding of key biopharmaceutical research and development processes. In doing so Cytiva were able to quickly establish themselves in the market, and are now well-known for their innovative products but also for their high-quality technical training.

We’re joined by Global Customer Digital Learning Leader at Cytiva, Nicola Gane, for this Kineo Conversation!

Watch the webinar, as we discuss:

  • Why have a customer training programme? The benefits you know about, and some you might not
  • Knowing your audience – how to design learning content with your customer in mind
  • Marketing your training – how to take your customer education programme and turn it into a brand asset
