Content was never king: designing elearning solutions for results

Webinars | 04.04.2019

Many organisations tend to begin an elearning design project leading with their content needs; desired outcomes are merely an afterthought, if they're a thought at all.
At Kineo, we take a “measure twice, cut once” approach – defining the learning approach and strategy only after we've spent time identifying the organisational and business results we’re seeking. Once we're clear on the target, we then undertake a thoughtful content and technology design process to ensure the solution will achieve the behavioral and business goals your organisation is after.s

Unfortunately, whether or not a solution design is successful is often left to chance. With so much on the line, who wants to take that gamble?

In this webinar, Cammy Bean and Zsolt Olah, two well-known learning industry speakers and authors, will share how Kineo helps global brands like BP, DropBox, Credit Suisse, and Levi’s create world-class learning solutions and curriculums that precisely meet the needs of their learners and ensures they achieve both organisational and business objectives.

They will also share insights into Kineo’s proprietary design and development process including steps, activities, and tools Kineo uses to design curriculums that:

  • Have clear goals tied to well-articulated business problems
  • Meet the needs of target learners
  • Utilise the most effective and efficient set of experiences to meet those goals.
