Brandon Hall Group is a long established global research and analyst firm. The organisation empowers business excellence through research and tools, with a dedication to inspire a better workplace experience.

About the awards program

Earlier this year Kineo submitted a series of awards entries on behalf of our clients that through collaboration had delivered exceptional learning projects. We are delighted to announce a succession of those that have been recognised as award winners.

The Bronze Excellence in Learning 2021 was awarded to a total of 4 projects.  These are significant to both our Enterprise and Bespoke teams.  This is not to pat ourselves on the back, rather to celebrate our client achievements that have been recognised by industry. Without the vision and need from our valued clients this could not have been achieved.

Why are these awards significant to our focus?

The Brandon Hall Group has a strong reputation with a judging panel to be revered, consisting of independent senior industry subject matter experts and practitioners, and Brandon Hall Group research analysts and executive leadership.

The Human Capital Management Spring Program is a great fit, given the dedicated focus on entries from corporate training, learning, talent, and HR.

How are the HCM Awards scored?

Judges score each entry, and then the judging and scoring are reviewed by Brandon Hall Group’s executive leadership team. The level of the award is determined by points accrued. There is a point range for Gold, Silver, and Bronze. Some categories may not have any winners - and overall, approximately 20% of entries are awarded.

Each of the entries are required to show examples of:

  • Design of the programs or technologies
  • The use and objectives of the program
  • Overall benefits and measurable results with supporting assets
