With operations in 40 countries, Cytiva’s core aim is to help bring life-changing therapies to patients through the introduction of innovative new technologies in the life sciences market.
Learn how Cytiva supported the launch of their new brand with customer education program, resulting in:
- 60 total available courses
- 5,000+ external learners
- 60% new contacts
Following an acquisition in 2020, the new Cytiva brand was launched to the market with a clear objective that it would help accelerate growth and innovation in the biological therapies sector. Facing the challenge of the new brand emerging in the throes of a global pandemic, how did Cytiva position themselves within the market in order to drive awareness, adoption and trust?
Cytiva developed a leading customer training program to boost brand awareness and enable learners to gain a better understanding of key biopharmaceutical research and development processes. In doing so Cytiva were able to quickly establish themselves in the market and are now well-known for their innovative products but also for their high-quality technical training.
