Deland was formerly senior sales director of Oracle China and Microsoft China where he worked for 7 years. He has been working with dozens of global enterprises, including GE, YUM, General Motors, Volkswagen, Best Buy, Amway, Sodexo, Sony, FedEx, Starbucks, Volvo, and many others.
