PHP Developers (Phoenix)

Due to unprecedented demand, our programming division is growing fast and we are looking for both permanent and freelance PHP developers to compliment our team in our growing Phoenix office.

Your strengths will lie in server side programming using PHP and MySQL and have a good working knowledge of DHTML. You will be highly enthusiastic, flexible and dynamic and be able to understand and customise ready-made open source software quickly. You will be comfortable discussing, understanding & documenting client requirements. You will need to take full ownership of assigned tasks & be able to communicate effectively with team members & clients. Experience of Moodle is a definite advantage.

Essential Skills:

  • excellent understanding of PHP5 and OOP
  • good understanding of web standards XHTML/CSS
  • good understanding of MySQL and relational databases

Desirable Skills:

  • Moodle, Joomla!, XML, JS
  • Subversion for version control
  • Programming frameworks (CakePHP, Zend, Prototype, Dojo, JQuery)

Moodle and Totara Solutions Architect (Phoenix)

As an expanding team, we are currently looking to recruit for a new position of Solutions Architect to be based in our Phoenix office 

Successful applicants will share our passion for helping corporations innovate and for emerging technologies and will ideally have:

  • 2+ years of consulting, administrative, or other implementation experience with Moodle
  • 2+ years of programming / development experience (programming tasks will not be assigned to this role, however the ability to understand the impact of functional designs on development is required)
  • 4+ years of consulting experience with international corporate clients
  • Experience with Joomla!, Drupal, Mahara, CourseMerchant, Magenta, Liferay, Pentaho, SharePoint, Alfresco, SugarCRM, SalesForce, SAP, PeopleSoft, Microsoft Dynamics
  • Developing wireframes using Balsamiq mock-ups

E-Learning Developers (Chicago)

We are currently looking for bright enthusiastic people to join our Chicago-based e-learning development team.  

We use the latest software as well as our own Flash and HTML templates to provide a fast and effective e-learning development service for clients.  Ideally, you will: 

  • love learning and be able to pick up new software and development skills quickly
  • be able to demonstrate a good eye for layout and brand
  • be passionate about quality and have an eye for detail
  • be well organised and willing to work flexibly to meet demanding deadlines
  • be customer-focused with great communication skills
  • have experience of Photoshop, Flash, Articulate, Captivate or Mohive (this is not essential)
