We understand that the maintenance and administration of a growing Learning Management System can be a daunting and time consuming task. That's why our dedicated support team are in place, with the aim to make heroes of you, our valued clients, within your respective organizations.
Our support plans span multiple service levels, providing peace-of-mind through a combination of 24x7 uptime monitoring, security release updates, bug fixes and Named Site Administrator help and advice.
All issues are serviced through our online Support Portal, a web-based ‘ticketing system’, ensuring issue reporting can be centrally monitored, from initial notification through to final resolution.
