Compliance E-Learning

We all operate in an increasingly regulated world and need to both train staff in relevant regulations and demonstrate compliance.

This creates major challenges for training and compliance managers to develop, deliver and monitor compliance training.

E-learning provides an opportunity to develop context-specific training, to deliver it cost-effectively and quickly; and importantly to track learner understanding. Being able to apply what they have learned is essential in compliance training. Generic ‘off-the-shelf’ training can work in some circumstances. But it is important that staff have an understanding of how to apply what they have learned in their own workplace and appreciate the consequences for their organization – and themselves personally should they not comply.
