Marketing & CommunicationsMarketing and communications are an essential part of any change program. The same tools and techniques that are used to raise awareness of new commercial products can be adopted to raise awareness of change and learning initiatives. Communication initiatives such as online trailers, teasers and tasters can help ensure that learners know what's coming and why it will be important for them to complete any training. The design of communications initiatives is different from the design of e-learning. E-learning tends to be at least ten minutes in length, often longer; it goes into content in some depth and detail; it highlights knowledge and best practice, and is designed to help change behavior. Communications pieces tend to be short: less than five minutes, often less than one minute. Communications pieces also need to have high impact through the design – which might be an audio/visual element, a game or an innovative idea. The key is that they have something which makes them memorable. View some examplesAt Kineo our creative team loves to help clients with their marketing and communications. Below are some examples.
